Hi, I’m Chrissy - Founder and Head Coach of T.I.C

I am a qualified life coach and meditation teacher currently studying postgraduate Psychology. As your coach, my intention is to help you navigate the complexities of modern life, approach challenges with greater resilience, and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace, fulfilment, and purpose.

My coaching framework is inspired and informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an approach that blends cognitive behavioural techniques with mindfulness and acceptance strategies. I take a client-centred approach to coaching, which means you are the expert in your own life and possess the capacity for self-awareness, growth, and change. My role as your coach is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment and empower you to take ownership of your life.

Whether you're embarking on a journey of self-discovery, navigating life transitions, or seeking positive changes in different areas of your life, this transformative coaching series is tailored to meet your unique needs.

FREQUENTLY asked QUESTIONS

  • Personalised coaching is primarily goal-oriented, focusing on setting and achieving future goals. In contrast, therapy often addresses past issues and emotional healing. While clients may naturally share aspects of their past and experience some healing through coaching, coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

  • We understand that sometimes things do arise and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session. We do not charge cancellation fees however we do encourage you wherever possible to please give us as much notice as you can to reschedule your session.

  • We operate Monday through Friday and will strive to find a mutually convenient time for your coaching sessions within these days, subject to availability. All sessions will be conducted via Zoom.
